Do not apply soframycin for itching in gential areas. Use clotrimazole. If the itching continues, show it to a gynaecologist.
Could be tinea cruris, which a fungal infection. Soframycin will not help in this. Show to a nearby dermatologist, who will, confirm the diagnosis and prescribe appropriate treatment. Wear loose fitting clothes, keep the area dry and airy for rapid resolution.
