I am female 26 year old. I am suffering from severe headache. I use smart phones a lot because of my works. So I got my eyes checked up, and said they were fine. Eye doctor told me to consult a neuro physician. I am scared and little confused. Can anyone please help me?

Probably recommended due to severity of your symptoms. Would recommend you increase font size you use on phone. Put in reminder for 20-20-20 rule. Start palming 2-3 times daily. Use lubricating eyedrops. Do some neck muscle and back stretches 1-2 times daily. Will help improve your efficiency n comfort during high smartphone usage.
