Since today morning im feeling feverish .i went to work and took a paracetamol since then I started having motions like I had 4 to five today they were formed stools but very uncomfortable .also I feel dry in my throat with a body pain .i live alone and m salary is yet to come in two days can not take an off as well. Please suggest me something.
