Dear, doctor last 5 days I suffered lot of stomach pain in right side only, Then I went doctor and I took some medicine but it not cure, so today I bring scan, already I have Bycornate uterus, I have one year baby, now my scan report impression is: (A subserosa uterine fibroid) please tell me that reason and solution for it. Pain may or may not be because of fibroid. Fibroids are often incidental findings while investigations. They are benign tumors which sometimes cause pain due to various reasons like twisting and torsion of pedunculated fibroid or red degeneration. You haven't mentioned the size of fibroid or nature of pain. Please see your gynaecologist for further guidance. Right sided pain can also be due to urolithiasis, appendicitis,intestinal colic, colitis .please rule out other causes of pain.
