seeing the shape of the tablet in toilet is no indicaion that the whole tablet has come out. what happens is in the case of slow release or long acting tablets/capsules the shell is made in such a way where the medicine is released slowly at the intestines and doesnot get dissoloved in the gastric juices. that shell which comes out along with motion is some times seen as the tablet. if the drug has not gone in to your blood then there will not be any controle on the blood sugar. when you get your blood sugar tested there will be desired levels of the sugar in blood. so donot worry and continue the usage of the tablet.
