I go to gym eat eggs 3 (white part) everyday eat nuts (raisin, walnuts, almonds) and banana 2-3 everyday. Will I loose hairs taking too much protein? I heard people saying that consuming of high protein loose hair.

Many chances to loose hair with such diet for longer term. You hv to take diet considering season and to compensate the heat generated due to high protein diet and you should hv milk n ghee and some ayurvedic medicines. Always apply neelibhringadi thailam on scalp before exercise.
