Dear sir/ madam I am 46 years old unmarried guy desperate to get married but circumstances are not in my favour. I masturbate at times to avoid sexual tension. Hi lybrate-user, I am very sorry to know that you have all these problem. After going through your complaints I wanted to help you from my side, in addition to your homeopathy treatment. Psychologically you should be confident enough to face whatever problem arise. There is a well known proverb "A problem is only a problem if you think it is a problem. I wanted you to first go for a complete health check and find any underlying cause for the same. If not may be you have heat body, that is the reason you get boils and all these issues are associated with this. I wanted you to take cool items, like tender coconut at least in a week 4 times, drink lots of water, wanted you to join some fitness class, for you it would be better to join yoga with all the postures, which suits you combined with meditation. Should intake lots of fruits and vegetables. No oily foods like fried items. Do not sit or sleep for a long time either on chair or bed. Keep walking with fresh air either morning or evening. Take leave or break for a week from job. Do not worry, be cool, this I feel is not a serious issue if psychological, definitely we can solve this. Provided I wanted you to follow this strictly. Use castor and coconut oil for hair at least 1 hour before bath. Use mild soap, use ayurvedic cooling bathing powder for bath. Always use Ayurvedic or herbal soap or handwash, paste. Use shekakai for hair, it will cool your body. Take what all cool food, fruits or recipes for you. Do not watch TV, computer, or phone for a long time. Keep yourself relaxed. I wanted you to follow this at least for a week or two weeks and then tell me the result. It would be difficult for boys to follow this, but definitely it will be beneficial if you follow.
