My sister 51 years suffering from an acute situation. Few months back she was identified with esophageal varices and beginning of ulcer. Doctor told me that the cause of the ulcer is coming from her head and it is nothing but her tensions. She is a primary school teacher and got transferred to a new school. What she says that she cannot adjust with the new environment, teaching in english medium, students are not obeying her, cannot take class, cannot value papers, cannot prepare food, cannot dress up properly. Now she is saying that she cannot even prepare rice or tea. E feel a special appearance, do not eat well, getting worser every day. Every time crying without tears. Spent hours in kitchen and come back without doing anything. Our elder sister died due to ovarian cancer 1 years back. Her husband and 3 sons are so frustrated and saying her that go and commit suicide if she cannot do anything. She has his own convictions and when we ask her to consult a doctor she says doctors cannot do anything. They cannot cure. Now she is afraid of doing anything and simply spending time and complaining that she cannot do anything. How can we diagnose the situation.
