Dear lybrate-user No need to eat snacks n oily food just to improve weight. It will not help you to gain weight it may disturb your digestion n will make you sick. Eat healthy food, add some soaked nuts almond wall nuts etc, Banana will also help you, litle ghee in meals or consult dietician. Fried food will not give you anything. If you wish you can take Kaumaryasava 20 ml with equal ammount of water aftermeals and aswagandha leham 5 gms twice daily ayurvedic suppliments.

Don't take oils and fat if you have pimples. Take plenty of pulses, mushroom, milk and curd.
