SIR, I HAVE LOT OF PAIN IN MY WRISTS. I FEEL IT IS DUE TO USE OF COMPUTER. ALSO I FEEL MY MUSCLES ARE SLIGHTLY WEAK. I AM USING SOYA AND EGG PROTEIN AND DOING GYM REGULARLY. PLEASE SUGGEST REMEDY OR MEDICINES.

Dear lybrate-user ji, You may take at present Zorodol Mr. twice a day and do massage withseasameoil of your wrists. Avoid computer job for two three days. Give rest to your muscles. Do not lift weight.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in one tub & cold water in another. First dip your hands upto wrist in hot water for 3 min then immediately in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating for 20 min, twice daily Take rest breaks of 5-10 min in between work Do hand stretches If pain still persists apply pain relieving gel & wrap crepe bandage.
