By belly grows as the day progresses but I see myself as fit in morg with out a big belly. Is this because of gas? How to I prevent it.

Yes it is because of bloating. Walk everyday for 45 min drink plenty of water. Chew your food properly. Eat less of spicy ,oily ,fast food items. Do deep breathing exercise. Eat frequent small meals.

it may be due to gas or some enlargement of internal organs like liver , stomach etc or due to lax abdominal muscles. in most cases it is due to lax abdominal muscles. so please do kapal bhati or some other form of exercise which strengthen abdominal muscles.
