When we take food the sugar will rise more. When we stomach empty the sugar level will be low. Why this happen? Is it good to take less food many times?

Not exactly. The variations in blood sugars are NOT because of taking sugar alone. For eg: If a normal (non-diabetic) person at rest doesn't eat for 24 hours, the blood sugars will still be within the normal range. This is because of several complex phenomena that help in keeping the glucose supply to the vital organs, normal. This is especially true of the liver.

Yes, small frequent meals are the key to keep sugar level under control and reduce drug requirement. Regular walking exercise too helps in bringing down sugar levels.
