Hi, This is not the criteria to reject any female for modelling! Usually the firm see your talent and slim build. Combined effort of healthy and balanced diet with breast exercises will help you in toning up the muscles of breast, subsequently slight increase in size! 1. Bhujangasana or cobra pose is an easy pose that can be practiced by anyone at home. It helps in breast enlargement in short time. To perform this pose, first lie down on your stomach. Place your palm on the floor and then lift your upper part of the body by pressing the palm against the floor. Half lift the body until abdomen and look upright. Stay here for few seconds and then drop the head on the floor in resting position. Repeat the position 2 to 3 times initially and then gradually increase the number. 2.Gowmukhasana or cow pose, this posture act on the upper part of the body. This pose has been found effective for breast enlargement. Start this pose by sitting in lotus pose. Lift your arms parallel to shoulder. Twist the left arm backward and try to touch the right arm. Repeat the pose similarly at opposite side. 3.Ustrasana is also known as camel pose due to its resemblance with camel. In order to come into this pose, sit comfortably on your knees. While bending backward, try to hold right ankle with right hand and left ankle with left hand. Lift the buttock up making an arch and drop your head down and backward. Remain in this pose for few seconds and repeat again for one or two times. 4. Vrikshasana or tree pose: Stand straight on the floor, lift left leg and place it on the thigh of right leg. Now inhale and raise your hands in praying pose above the head. Stay here for few seconds and then release the pose. Repeat in same way on the opposite side. 5. Dwikonasana is another effective posture for breast enlargement. To carry out this posture, stand straight with the feet apart. Then take the hands at the back and lock together. Slowly bend the upper part of the body forwards and lift the locked arms simultaneously. Stay in this pose for 20 to 30 seconds and then release the pose. Repeat it 2 to 3 times. 6. Stabdhasana is a great yoga exercise to naturally increase breast size. To perform you will need to stand up straight with your knees shoulder length apart. Make sure you bend your elbows slightly as you raise your arms up to your shoulders. While your elbows are at the level of your shoulders your hands should be in front of your upper body. Make your wrists face upwards as you spread your fingers. Now imagine that there is an object in front of you and push both of your hands towards it. The space in between your hands is where you eyes should be focused. As you press against this imaginary object using your muscles in your arms and chest you should stay in this position for about 20 seconds. Repeat this yoga exercise about 4 to 5 times. 7. Sukhasana is like a relaxation pose that is mainly intended for meditative purposes. Like the name suggests, this pose is fairly easy to practice as also to master. To perform this pose, you need to take one or two thick blankets and fold them so that they form a firm, flat base that you can sit on sit close to one edge of the support you formed, with your legs stretched out ahead, in front of you. Cross your shins and widen your knees, so that you can slip each foot, beneath the opposite knee. Bend your knees and fold your legs towards your torso. Keep your feet relaxed, so that the outer edges rest on the floor and the inner arches are settled below the opposite shin. Your thighs and crossed shins should form a small triangle. There should be a gap between your pelvis and feet. Sit with your pelvis in a neutral position. To do this, press your hands against the floor and lift your sitting bones a bit. Try to hang in there for a breath or two and then slowly lower yourself back on to the floor. Balance your tail bone and pubic bone in such a way that they are equidistant from the ground. Place your hands on your knees, palm down and lengthen your tailbone towards the floor. Massaging the breasts with olive oil or almond oil (lukewarm) daily in circular motion will also help. Medication: Sabal Serrulata Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day for 4 weeks first, then get back to me. (Other last option is surgery so need to consult a plastic surgeon).
