Bp goes up when. I am working or play sports. If play for 20 mins It go up about 185/95. Heart rate 110. But after a minute it goes down to about. 145/80. Is that normal.

Hello Bjorn, It is absolutely normal for the blood pressure and heart rate to shoot up after a heavy exercise. It should return to normal and stay normal when not doing the exercise.

Sir, BP, keeps varying depending on the work being done. But it should be in normal range
