I want a suggestion on 1 hr exercise in morning and sleeping for 6 hrs, how will it affect my health?

This is good for health to do one hour exercise in morning 7 hour sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by meditation and yoga than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active
