I have got man boobs and a lot of fat is accumulated on my chest and I don't understand why irrespective I am well built have been to doctor but nothing is diagnosed do not have fat in my other body parts but in chest trying to reduce by going to gym would like to know more suggestions to get rid of this fatty chest.
