My neck gets stiff when I wake up in morning and also it keeps on paining whole day? what do you suggest to do?

Hi let me know how thick is your pillow? and what is your sleeping posture? so that I can give suggestion for same. Meanwhile you can take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3 hrs.
