From 1 month I feel that I loose my some memory. For example before 10 minutes I put my pen in my bag but after some time I forgot that. It's only one example. My one sided hair also become white. All time I feel moodless. Not feeling freshness.

Don't take stress from anything if we will think again and again on same topic such as you are thinking that you are forgetting the things then you will forget the things .the more you will think the more you will feel problem.don't think on any unusual topic, try to be in present ,for some time forget your past and future ,only concentrate on present .now a days everyone is having so much pressure from child to old man ,so it happens with every one .don't worry. what you need is little approach in uour lifestyle. take care.
