You are probably suffering from gingivitis. In this condition there is significant bleeding from gums. This is a gum infection which is usually due to poor oral hygiene. It is a very common problem in people who do not brush properly or regularly twice a day. You must get professional cleaning done at a dental clinic. After which some medication might be prescribed to you based on your clinical examination. This should probably sort out the problem.
It could be because of the inflammation of your gums due to accumulation of tartar in your teeth. You need scaling.
