For your thigh pain you can do rectus femoris muscle stretching and hot fermentation over the region. And for your shoulder pain you go for. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must.
