Daily diet - 4-6 chapaties depending on your weight and build, vegetables - 200 g, Dal + Nonveg - 100 g, snack - 1 plate, fruits - 100 g, 3. Divide the diet into 6 small meals. Eat at every 2 hours. 4. Strictly avoid White Rice, Potatoes, Sweet and Fried food. Contact a good naturalist doctor for food-medicine.
