Do we get vitamin D by exposure only to the morning sun, or can we also get vitamin D by exposure to the sun at other times such as noon, afternoon or evening? Why is the morning sun considered the best time?

Hello welcome to lybrate For vitamin D production its necessary to get UVB rays and in morning hours UVB content in less. So best time of sun exposure for production of vitamin D is 10 AM to 11 PM.
