Recently I have noticed small sores on my scrotum which are very itchy and paining a lot I have been washing my scrotum with soap and water and then I apply clotrimazole Kindly tell me how to get rid of such spots as I am feeling very uncomfortable.

Hello- The sore might be a start to a severe infection. Your sore is not responding to cotrimazole which denotes that you need to start medication with proper consultation. Ayurvedic medicines can cure your condition and will also provide immunity in the future.

wash your inner and pant in the sun shine. if your washing water is hard use very less detergent and eliminate the soap content from clothes through water Dry all the clothes in the sun shine. dont use other pants or shirt, if you are unable to maintain your clothes properly then use less quantity. keep your shelf clean where you keep the clothes . dont wear tight inners or pants. use only cotton clothes which should be flimsy. sleep well and keep you bedsheet and bed very very clean. try to spend atleast 20 minutes everyday for cleaning you own materials. Take care. Don't be lazy.
