I can't sleep in night . My classes are started . What can I do . I sleep in morning 6 and wakeup at 3 pm .

Hiii this is unhealthy sleeping habit and your sleep cycle has been disturbed.. So please take light food at dinner try to regularise your sleeping cycle. Don't take caffeine containg foods from the dusk.. Keep your body busy at daytime.. Try it for 1 week thanks.
