If you really have the desire to quit smoking then only you can quit otherwise nothing can do anything. Soo all you need is to calculate how mny cigarette you smoke per day. Jst quit 1 cig per week. Say your taking 20 cig per day jst quit 1.19 cig per day do it for one week. Next week take 18 per day. Like this way quit jst 1 cig per week. N after few weeks you gonna see that you have quit it. That's the easiest way. Remember this only help you if you have burning desire to quit.
