I am a middle class person. I wanted to know about my food. What can I eat in breakfast lunch & dinner in daily basis. A normal food basic diet plan.

All the goodness of life is pretty affordable and any middle class person can afford them. The best lies in simplicity. It's always advisable to eat lesser than body needs. Have plenty of Salads ( they are mostly affordable) eat seasonal fruits, they are the best. For Breakfast, Dalia is best. lunch should contain rice, sabjee, dahi. have Daal,Roti and chicken at night
