Root canal was done on my right 2 molar 2 years back. Now the same is paining and the gums also pains. Please advise treatment.

U have to visit your dentist and get examined. If required a xray has to be taken to see if the condition of root canal treated teeth is fine or not. If infection is there than a re -rct can be done. Sometime pain can be due to decay in adjacent teeth. So thorough examination and xray is required for correct diagnosis.
