I have acidity problem since last ten years. Lot of medicines taken but I want permanent solution. My job is of marketing. I.e.field work. So no particular time of lunch.

Have your meals in time or take snacks in free time to divide lunch into two parts. Avoid foods which are too spicy, oily, bitter and pungent. Drink two glasses of pre-warmed water about half hour before breakfast.
