Sir my age-26 year, weight-53 kg, height-5'4" I am thin. I go to the gym sometimes due to time. 6 months ago I consumed two tablets (dexona & MERIND) .thats why I hv been a little bit healthy. Bt now I am in the same position as before .around 5/6 kgs of my weight gone. So what can I do ?This situation how I gain my body weight? What food which time? Pls give me a food list. Pls help sir.
