Psychiatry - I am 34 years old male. I have been on sulpitac and stilnoct for around 4-5 years for delusions and paranoia. Recently doctor started modalert in morning because of concentration, restlessness and focus problems at work. Though modalert benefited a lot at work but it led to increase in paranoia symptoms. The sulpitac dosage was increased but still I am facing problems. I think it needs to be increased more. I think I was much better without modalert. I do not want to take it. Now I am finding it very difficult to get off modalert. What is the way to get off it. Is there some alternative. Are there some supplements, vitamins etc that may help with getting off modalert and that helps in concentration and restlessness.
