I am 34 years old and I have been facing problem related to Premature Ejaculation. It starts with loose erection and once erects I have to insert slowly and sustain (keep calm) for few minutes for little long pleasure. Else It comes out very soon. I feel very sensitiveness glans (head of the Penis). The Moment I insert I feel it will come out. Please suggest me the treatment and Doctor

You have to continue this same technique of keeping still andmoving slowly. If you feellike ejaculating, withdraw out, wait and start again. This is called stop-start technique. Additionally take tab uphold once daily.
