I am 46 years female, suffering from atopic dermatitis (eczema) from my childhood, mostly my hands and palms are affected, but other parts , (even face) are also attacked, which is quite embarrassing. I am in service, have family, so an extremely busy schedule. Please suggest some mean so that the problem may eradicate from its root - may be through alternative medical treatment or lifestyle change. I have chronic gastritis and constipation and allergy problem, that's why always scared to have food.

Atopic dermatitis ha sno cure only cortisone help to some extent reg gastritis eat bland food eat frequently drink 3-4 ktrs of water a day tab pan d twice aday before food try tan anxit 0.5 at nights this will help to a great extent allergy you have to find out what are things that do not agree with you and avoid it I hope I have adressed all your queries.
