I am 25 years old male and have sole pain recently wanted the doctor but no use what should I do now?

Sole pain could be because of your routine. You can try some multivitamins along with sole exercise. keep your feet in warm water for half hour daily before you sleep. Massage with voveran gel twice daily will also be helpful
