I am a 42 year women, I am unable to bear the -ve thoughts because of which I am unable to sleep and these thoughts are continuously suffering and some times thinking my self to end life also. Please suggest to over come.

Negative thoughts comes based on our thinking nature. What we give the mind think and react like that. You want innerly negative thoughts. Negative thoughts and words are giving much excitement. But it influences on our behaviour. I like vulgar language. If I use with my friends. I may enjoy with my words. But some times in counselling. It will come automatically with out intention. So I care much about using any words with my friends also. You are getting negative thoughts internally you like. So it is better to avoid negative thoughts. Think always positive aspects. Behave like a positive women. For time pass also do not think about negative aspects. That you cannt have a capability of digest. Read good books. Inspirational books. Watch good channels. Share your internal feelings with your close friends and relatives. Develop busy work schedule. Always involve any other work. Do not sit alone. Do not maintain calmness. Better to visit new places, movies, temples, relatives homes, when you feel bore call and talk with your friends. Do not think alone. It is better to share always. It is good to you. Ok all the best.
