Hello sir, recently I had laser surgery of ureter stone through penis. And doctors left a stent in my body. After 9 day of operation when I tried masturbation to check whether everything is ok with me. I saw my semen is very lean liquid and transparent type which was looking not normal. I again tried two times but found same result with very lean semen just like water .now I am so much worried about it because I am married. Along with this I feel lower back pain during urination .please give me advice ?
