I am 32 year old having 80 kg wait n height 5' 11' my ultrasound report showing grad1-fatty liver and gaseous distension of bowel loop seen. I taking udiliv 300 mg but no improvement .after taking meal between right lobe and left lobe I feel discomfort (heaviness). Can I take Amway salmon omega 3 .i don't drink n non veg. Pls provide best advice.
