Hello , I am 19 years old. My weight is 49 kg. My height is 5 foot 3 inches. Maine do din phle gym join kiya Hai and kal mera second day tha. But aaj mujhse chla nhi ja rha. Right leg Ki Calf Mai pta nhi kya ho gya. Pain Hai. Legs band krke chl pa rhi hu , sidhi krti hu to pain and khichaav hota hai. Mai kya kru. Bohot preshan hu.

When you first start working out, you are tearing muscles and the pain is them recuperating. It is best to wait a day or two in between workouts. Be sure that each time you work out you increase time/ weight that you are using. It is best you eat well and a lot of carbs/protein also to make sure you don't lose the muscle you currently have. Working out through the pain makes it go away. Seriously. Keep it up:)

tk muscle relaxant medicine do hot fermentation and avoid strain nw avoid gym also for 3 days. its due to overstrain of muscle. then start again gym but start in gradually process
