I am 52 year old male. My problem is I feel uncomfortable in my all small fingers of my both legs. I am unable to explain my feelings, sometimes cramp like sensation and at times feeling hot. But if I touch my fingers I don't feel the heat and all seems normal. I have tested my diabetic condition and is within the limits. My doctor advised for Milical tablets, which I have been taking for last 20 days. I don't feel improvements in my condition. Nowadays I keep my legs elevated while sleeping which gives some relief. But again by afternoon same problem starts. On my job I sit on a chair from 10: 00 Am to 6: 00 pm. Please suggest some remedy for my condition.
