Hi. I am a female and I just can't stop myself from over negative thinking . I feel so insecure about myself and my family always something negative is going on in my head. I feel I should hit my head to walls to stop this. Feel like crying every time . I hate feeling like this. I don't know what to do. Please help.

you should develop positive attitude to overcome the negetive feelings. Be active and be doing some physical work when ever negetive thoughts come. you can not develop the habbit in a day but if you persist you can overcome by being active. divert your mind towards the yoga, meditation and attend some personality development programmes for improving your self estime. believe in the God almighty and have regular prayer and develop the habit of visiting temples and leave all your negetive thoughts with him and ask him for solace. if you are a student, concentration on studies and allow the brain to wander on to unnecessary things. if you are working, concentrate on the work on hand and donot bother about other things. with concentration and hard work get good standing in your choosen field to have self satisfactionwhich will enhance your ego.
