Hello mam shruti this side. My periods missed in december month last I had my last periods on 24th of november to 29th of november. After this on jan 3rd I checked pregnancy test n both was showing positive I want to know if I take medicine for abort then will I face issues in future pregnancy am very tensed about this please help me out.
