Thanks for the question you have not mentioned whether you have pulmonary tuberculosis (lung) or extra pulmonary (outside lung). Usually tb responds well to therapy as per guidelines. However, you can have a sputum test for acid fast bacillus and a chest x-ray. Sometimes tb may be caused by drug resistant strains of the bacteria, but some tests are needed for this. For weakness you can take high protein diet and multivitamin capsules. Tb can be fully cured with the present anti tubercular drug regimen however, in unfortunate cases relapse may occur.
