I often sometimes feel dull, giddy, tired and not feeling like talking to anyone. I believe that it is happening because of Gluten intolerance. I am from india and our staple diet is wheat. What should I do? Does not happen every day. But usually I am ok for 2 days and the 3rd day I start feeling dull and tired. This process repeats itself time and again. Please suggest.

I am going to suggest one home preparing soup which is useful to you. Take 40 gram mung ad 750 ml water, ginger garlic cummin black pepper rack salt and boil it on low temperature. Boil for at least 20 min. After that take only boiled soup without taking mung in early morning and also may repeat in evening. Also take tab aarogyawardhini 500 mg twice in a day with warm water. Do not use fridge. Milk product heavy food articles.
