Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. it could b due to many reasons like stress,tension ur Unsatisfied feeling..u just have to get away from all sought of tension n concentrate on meditation n some good excercise if possible, this is to relieve ur stress n for Sleeplessness dont make it a habit to take medicines,u please meet a homoeopathic doctor surely it would b of great help for u...im will not write any medicine coz eventually u will get habituated...

kindly take sarivadhyasava, 3 tsf after meals in warm water twice a day. Take praval pishti tab, 2 tasb, twice a day, before meals with simple water. Do massage with bhahmi oil over your scalp, in the evening. Take ashbwagandha powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm milk, 1 hr after meals at night. Take dinner by 8 pm. Avoid tea, coffee, fried food, cold drinks etc after 7 pm. Avoid cold eatables in your routine like cold water, and other foods. Avoid using mobile phones, watching late night TV shows.
