Hi I am 29 and a bachelor. My concern Is regarding the foreskin of my Penis which is still intact. I have had sex and it's a bit painful initially evrytime while I am not using protection. Should I be concerned as few of my friends mentioned it shouldn't be intact.

It is normal for the foreskin to remain intact. So do not worry about it.

It is intact only. For few people it pains while moving foreskin back. Consult urologist in nearest hospitals like cmh or vydehi. They will perform minor surgery and disconnect the connection which pains. Do not be afraid of word surgery it is 10-15 min job.
