My bumps going to reduce day by day. Any jeans not look good back side. Have you any suggestion for me how to build up the same.

Weight lifting and squats help give a good shoe to the lower torso. Side leg lifts are also good. You may eat more calories if it does not make you very bulky on the other parts. If you have a slim body, eat more and do the mentioned exercises.
