Chief complaints. I have a nasal obstruction and nasal discharge for past one month Presenting complaint. Nasal obstruction for past one months which was gradual and intermittent Nasal discharge for past one month which is gradual and intermittent and mucopurulent in early morning and watery through out the day and not foul smelling. H/o of sneezing H/o of cough H/o PND No other complaints Past h/o No significant past h/o Treatment h/o cefpodoxime Solvin decongestant Clavulanic cetrizine For two weeks But no. Improvement An opacity is seen at maxilla.
