I have pain while swallowing saliva and sometimes while speaking. I don't have cough and sneezing. What are the causes for this? and please suggest treatment.

Tonsillitis is one of the reasons. Without ingestion alsomit may become tender. Make a routine of rinsing daily with warm salt water. See if it helps. Consult doctor if problem persists.
