I am having pain in my latissimus dorsi muscle. I also used to do some stretching exercise but no effect. Any treatment or some another kind of exercise?

Goodmorning sir you should do a session of 10 days of physio ultrasound therapy. You should get your pain to come down first. Please do not do any exercises till your pain comes down. Also please do hot and cold fermentation for your shoulder. Twice a day morning and evening.
