Hi, I am 32 year old. I've a question about my cousin. Actually, the foreskin of his penis is yet not moved back and it's still fully covered. So he is always been very curious to know, whether it is a normal condition or he needs to go for some kind of treatment to get it uncovered because as per him the head of his penis is full covered by this skin and whenever he try to move it back he get failed to do so. He is very much worried if it could be a problem in having a healthy sex life or it's just normal. Please suggest.

This is not normal, but a condition of tight fore skin. Known as phimosis. Advise for surgical intervention known as circumcision, to avoid problems in sexual activity.
