Hello- first of all remove unnecessary stress. Its the lack of awareness that can cause such issues during first sex. Talk to your partner and try to make her understand that the pain is bearable and can be minimized by some proper techniques. Do enough foreplay so that the vagina get lubricate from inside and the muscularity become some what relaxed. Try deep fingering before the insertion. Use artificial lubrication before insertion, it will help the penis to enter easily.
